Why did no one tell me that there was such hard times or did they and I was just so consumed with my own grief..

It's tues and for some reason my eyes seem very wide open to the fact there is a depression out there

It's been a year in my life.
I have walked through the rain with no coat. I have shivered in the cold with no blanket . I have sweltered in the heat with no water.I have begged for what I believed in.
I stand here now a year older a year wiser as a humbled man, who will take with him the ability to notice the little things that will never be overlooked again and be thankfull..
